How does it work?

Create an account, provide your app details and campaign info, then download the mobile SDK and integrate it into your app. We automatically track installs, and you decide how to attribute the conversion.

Which ad networks do you support?

We currently support Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Audience Network) but we are working on adding more networks; Google Ads coming soon.

How do you guarantee user privacy?

Our mobile SDKs give your users the flexibility to opt-out of tracking at any time. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the guidelines from the App Stores.

How is this different from other mobile attribution solutions?

While other solution focus on custimisation, big entrerprises have specific requirements and complex integration workflows. With FalconMetrics, you get a reliable, easy-to-use and plug-and-play solution.

Will it work with my app?

Yes! Our tool seamlessly integrates with major app stores (iOS/Android) and tracking systems, making it easy to monitor performance without headaches.

When does my billing cycle start?

Your billing cycle starts on the day you activate your plan. For example, if you subscribe on January 24, your billing period will run until February 23, and a new cycle will begin on February 24.

Can I carry over unused conversion credits to the next month?

No, unused conversion credits do not roll over. Each billing cycle includes a new monthly conversion limit based on your plan.

What happens when my free trial ends?

After your 30-day trial, you’ll receive a reminder to add a payment method or choose a plan. If no action is taken, tracking will pause automatically. You can resume at any time by upgrading to a paid plan.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and your new billing cycle starts from the day of the switch.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, no further charges will apply after cancellation.

Do you offer invoices for accounting purposes?

Yes, invoices can be downloaded anytime from your account billing section.

How can I delete my account?

Please send an email to support@falconmetrics.io with the request to delete your account. You can also fill in the contact form on the Contact page. We will delete your account and you will receive a confirmation by email.

How does the 60-day money-back guarantee work?

If you’re not satisfied within the first 60 days of a paid plan, you can request a full refund. Before activating the guarantee, a meeting will be scheduled with our team to review your setup and ensure every technical aspect has been optimized.
